Dillon's has created a traditional Manhattan cocktail, by taking their five year old grain-to-glass Rye Whisky, Niagara-grown Sweet Vermouth, and Aromatic Bitters, stirring them in tank as if it was a big mixing glass full of ice, then ageing it all together for an added three months in ex-aromatic bitters barrels.
Just chill, pour, and garnish with a cocktail cherry!
