North Cider is a Normandy style cider. It’s marketed and sold in the same 750ml champagne bottles in which it undergoes secondary fermentation, lending a sense of occasion and elegance to the cider experience. On the nose, rich, ripe red apple is at the forefront, with underlying tones of clove, candied orange peel, apple skins and freshly baked pastry. It’s well balanced and incredibly dry, with a rich mousse and a flavourful, long finish.
